B2C clients range from Retail (PetSmart, Crocs), Education (Rider U, City U), Finance (Peapack Private, Carver Savings), CPG (Tyson, Sun-Maid) & Sports (EA Sports, OL Reign). Pete is passionate about values, storytelling, & inclusion, creating impactful brand connections that allow real people to solve real problems.

Leslie is responsible for financial and administrative operations at Media Thesis. She manages accounts receivable/payable, budgeting, payroll, and recordkeeping.

Leslie has over 15 years of experience in nonprofit and business settings and currently works part-time as the Operations Director for a community-based environmental organization. In her free time she enjoys traveling, reading, and relaxing with her family and two labradoodles.

He has a certificate from MIT Sloan School of Business in Digital Marketing Analytics and actively applies the principles learned to client revenue generation campaigns.

Across his career, Andrew has worked extensively with Fortune 500 brands, agencies, trade groups and ecosystem players to drive growth, innovation and accountability. Andrew holds a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Throughout his career, Ravi has played a key role in building and scaling data products within MarTech/AdTech. Notably, he was instrumental in the early successes of Integral Ad Science (acquired by Private Equity) and Appnexus (acquired by AT&T), where he led impactful product management and business development initiatives.

Currently, Ravi serves as the leader of SWYM.ai, an intelligence decisioning and AI-driven automation company, pioneering advancements at the intersection of technology and advertising media. His expertise continues to shape the future of digital marketing and advertising technology landscapes.

Before launching her companies, Mitra served as SVP at CNN Digital, overseeing the national news, breaking news, programming, opinion, and features teams. Her media background also spans the LA Times, where she was managing editor, Wall Street Journal, Quartz, and the Washington Post.
